MIRACOLO MEDIEVAL BANQUET

Maialino arrosto

A whole suckling pig roasted with herbs, olive oil and butter, accompanied by seasonal vegetables to be cut and served by our medieval chef if front of customers (XII century)

 

Ribolitta mediovale

Ancient Tuscan soup cooked together with homemade bread and mixed vegetables (XII century)

 

Torta medievale

Large vegetable pie to be cut and served by our chef (XII century)

 

Quaglie dei Borghesi

Roasted quails covered with a garlic, rosemary and red wine gravy. Can be also served with Italian bacon (XIV century)

Customers can help themselves, actually are encouraged to try, to any of the above dishes. The banquet will be replenished with homemade focaccia and various types of bread. Miracolo’s staff will be also happy to answer questions in regards to Italian medieval food.

 

£109 per head. It is necessary to have at least 10 people to organise a banquet.
